Submission of
Personal Particular Forms (CV and the Request)
The personal particular forms of
the following applicants are submitted for the recommendation of the relevant Government
institutions (Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka/ SriLankan Airlines/ SriLankan
Catering).
1. Cadet Pilots/ Students training or studying under Aviation Institutions
registered under the Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka (CAASL) need to
handover their personal particulars through the relevant Aviation Institution to
the CAASL.
2. Local and Expatriate Employees working in SriLankan Airlines or SriLankan
Catering need to handover their personal particulars to the respective
institution.
